Our automated de-palletizing solutions offer safe and harmonised handling of products

What is a depalletizing proccess?

Depalletizing processes take place, in most cases, in the merchandise reception or product unloading sections of a warehouse, where goods arrive on pallets.

The depalletizing robots are responsible for extracting the products from the pallets so that they can be processed, sorted, transported and stored.

What is a de-palletizing robot?

Because of the decreasing use of packages, there is an increasing need for guaranteeing careful handling of products. This need, together with the need to offer better ergonomics and health and safety in the workplace, has made ULMA design automatic systems that can de-palletise one or two layers simultaneously, de-palletizing the products individually, as well as the layers with gaps.

Characteristics of a depalletizing system

Our systems are designed to de-palletize all kinds of boxes, and multiple boxes, without requiring registration of the configuration. Furthermore, they can de-palletize multiple product formats, including those that have the top opened.

Benefits of depalletizing systems:

  • Speed
  • Versatility
  • Precision
