We flew to Nigeria to develop a new Baggage Handling Systems project

ULMA Handling Systems signs a contract for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the Baggage Handling and Screening System (BHS System) for the new Victor Attah International Airport in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
The new terminal will have 22 check-in counters and a multi-level inspection system complying with current security regulations. Departures baggage will be sorted on a make-up carousel with six positions for dollies.
Arrivals baggage will be processed on three baggage reclaim carousels, one for domestic flights, one for international flights and a third that can be used for both domestic and international flights, according to demand.
The award of this contract consolidates ULMA's position as a leading company in BHS solutions in Nigeria, following the successful completion of the Anambra Airport BHS last year and the imminent delivery of the Obudu Airport BHS.
